Buchu(garlic-chives)Kimchi

Buchu kimchi is one of the easiest kimchi from your garden. I planted two clumps from my friend at my back-yard garden. It starts growing and come back themselves every year. Also it doesn't take long to make kimchi. Here in the U.S., Chinese garlic chives are more common. Korean garlic chives are thinner and more tender so it is a good taste right after making kimchi.
