Igredients

1 bag(6oz) small dried anchovys

½ cup almonds, crushed

2 tablespoons sesame seed, roasted

tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon rice wine
Instructions
Crunch anchovys
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread the anchovys on a baking tray and place in the oven for about 5 minutes. Flip and cook another about 3-4 minutes to lightly brown (watch out easy to burn). Filter roasted anchovys in a wicker tray.
Crunch almonds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place the almonds on a baking tray.
Roast in the oven for 10 minutes or until just beginning to char. Cool down roasted almonds and crush with hammer in the sandwich bag.
Honey sauce
In a small bowl, mix well honey and rice wine. Combine anchovys and almonds into honey sauce and stir it evenly. Drizzle sesame seeds over.
Eat while crunch and aromatic! Serve with a glass of wine!
